Insignia of the Great Turk (Germany, 1870)

I found this in an old edition of Siebmacher's Flags and Arms of the World. This is by far the most badass Ottoman coat of arms I have ever seen; it shows the supposed insignia just some years before whole special, new Ottoman state symbol was designed. This one is more gruff and yet pompous enough to show what made the Padishah's empire great. I just had to colour it!
